How it decides

Your Whens run first, on your phone.
Every notification checks them before anything else. A match acts straight away, and your Whens keep running without a connection.
- When Instagram posts, dismiss.
- When Slack contains standup on weekdays from 9 to 6, dismiss.
- When Telegram contains code, keep it until I open it.

Then judging sorts the rest, on Plus.
It hides the everyday noise and puts urgent ones first, with no rules to write. A new kind may buzz once, then go. You pick how much it hides: Less, Balanced or More. If unsure, we show it.
